摘要
目的提高内部规范化管理水平和对外服务的质量和效率。方法引进了综合业务管理系统、电话语音信息应答咨询系统、触摸屏信息查询系统、显示屏公众信息播放系统、形象识别系统。结果通过信息化建设,有效提高了中心整体把关和服务水平,提高管理者管理和决策能力。结论有利检务公开和接受社会监督,促进中心诚信服务,有利于创立品牌服务。
Objective To increase the internal norm management level and outward service quantity and efficiency. Methods Introduce synthesized business management system, telephone answer-consuhing system, operator's interface the information searching system, public information broadcasting the system, image identifying system. Results By information building, it can increase effectively the whole exam ability and service level, as well as the policy the ability of administration management. Conclusion Be good to business public and accepting social supervise, promoting the honesty service, and to establish the brand service.
