外科急腹症合并糖尿病23例临床治疗体会

Surgical treatment of 23 patients with surgical abdominal emergency associated with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨外科急腹症合并糖尿病的临床治疗措施。方法结合国内外文献资料对我院2000年1月￣2005年10月间收治的23例外科急腹症患合并糖尿病病人作系统性回顾性分析。结果保守治疗6例,均治愈出院;急诊手术17例,术后合并肺部感染1例,泌尿系感染2例,切口感染2例,无酮症酸中毒及死亡病例。结论对外科急腹症合并糖尿病患者只要严格控制血糖,联合采取必要的外科治疗手段完全可以达到理想的治疗目的。

Objective To explore the methods for surgical treatment of surgical abdominal emergency associated with diabetes milliyus. Methods Twenty-three patients with diabetes mellitus under-went surgical treatment in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively according to domestic and overseas doucumentations. Results In 23 patinets, 6 were conservatism treatment 17 were operation.The incidence of postoperative complications was 1for pneumonia 2 for urethritis and 2 for incisional infection. No case were died no case were diabetied Ketoacidosis. Conclusion If the patients＇ blood-glucose could be well controlled and fight surgical treatment be selected. The effect of surgical treatment on surgical abdominal emergency associated with diabetes mellitus would be better.
