构建中国茶叶企业文化的新思考

摘要 中国茶叶企业在运转和发展过程中形成了自身的企业文化。在知识经济时代下,客户的价值地位十分明显。传统与新生也发生着激烈的冲突,全球化的茶叶国际市场竞争中,如何加强茶叶企业文化建设成为世人关注的热点。本文拟就如何在新时期下构建中国茶叶企业文化浅谈几点思考。 Enterprise culture was formed with the operation and development process of Chinese tea enterprise, however, the development extent and depth of culture was scarcely. At the age of knowledge economy, the position of client value is very obvious. It is contradiction between tradition and modern. Under the globalization tea market competition, it's a hot point that how to strengthen tea enterprise culture construction. Some thinks were discussed for how to construct Chinese tea enterprise cuhure in the new era.
