聚酰亚胺复合材料与金属对摩的摩擦学特性 被引量:5

摘要 考察固体润滑剂石墨、MoS_2和PTFE填充聚酰亚胺(PI)复合材料与45~#钢、铝青铜及铝合金对摩的摩擦学性能。结果表明,PI复合材料与不同金属对摩时的摩擦因数变化不大(为0.11~0.18);磨损率则有数量级差别,与45~#钢和铝青铜对摩时为1×10 (-6)~1×10^(-7)mm^3/(N·m),与铝合金对摩时为1×10^(-5)mm^3/(N·m)。试样表面的SEM及EPM观察和分析表明,固体润滑剂在对偶上形成转移物多的有利于降低摩擦因数,但转移物的多少与PI复合材料耐磨性的优劣没有明显的对应关系。 Tribological properties of solid lubricants graphite,MoS2 or PTFE filled PI composites sliding against carbon steel,Al-bronze and Al alloy were studied- It was found that the friction factor of PI composites sliding against different metals ranges from 0. 11 to 0. 18,whereas the wear rate of PI composites were 1×10-6-1×10-7 mm3(N · m) for sliding against carbon steel and bronze,and 1×10-5 mm3/(N ·m) for sliding against Al alloy. SEM and EPM analyses revealed the formation of solid lubricant film on metal couples. Trans fering matter was more,friction factor was lower,but it hadn't notable relations between transfer film and anti-wear ability of PI composites.
