摘要
本文提出一种企业人才流失影响因素及其强度分析方法,包括影响企业人才流失因素与效度调查问卷、基于调查问卷的人才流失模型的建立和强度计算方法,并将所提出的问卷和方法具体应用于洛阳市某国有企业的影响人才流失因素及其强度分析。
