摘要
本文通过将一系列粉末粒子(包括B4C,β-SiC,TiC,TiB2,结晶完整的石墨和(C60)定点地分别添加到溶媒一碳反应系里,就添加物质对金刚石成核的影响进行研究。结果发现,所有这些添加粒子均具有明显的金刚石选择成核作用,在不同程度上促进了金刚石的成核。在相同条件下,B4C可能是更为有效的成核促进物质。
The effect of added particles on the nucleation of diamond under high pressure and temperature was investigated in carbon/70 Ni - 25 Mn-5Co solvent- catalyst alloy systems, to which respectively B4C, β-Sic, Tic, TiB2, Perfectly crystalline graphite and to fullerene Particles were ad4ed by a spot-coating process. It is shown that the diamonds nucleate at the selective sites where the additives were placed, and the additives are effective in the enhancement of diamond nucleation. Under the same synthesis condition, the number of diamond nuclei depend directly on the amount of added particles available at the beginning of the nucleation. B4C is thought as a more effective additive than others for promoting the nucleation of diamond.
