从受教育权剖析义务教育的均衡发展

On the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education from the Perspective of the Right to Education

义务教育的均衡发展是我国教育界广泛讨论的热点和教育政策的重点,实现义务教育均衡发展是我国教育发展的必然趋势。本文从受教育权的视角,来阐释义务教育需要均衡发展的必要性,分析当前义务教育的非均衡现状,从中找出原因并提出相应的一些矫纠策略,以促使义务教育由绝对失衡到相对均衡的转变。

The balanced development of compulsory education has become the heated topic amongmany experts in China＇ s educational field and also the focus of educational policies. The realization of this development represents the necessary tendency of China＇ s educational development. This paper intends to expatiate upon the necessity of balanced development of compulsory education, and also to analyze the unbalanced phenomenon in present compulsory education so as to find out the causes and to put forward some rectifiable strategies that may urge the change of the absolute unbalanced compulsory education into the relative unbalanced one,
