摘要
采用适当的激光热处理,使C60/G70涂层与45#钢基底发生复合并生成晶体相。通过SEM,TEM、波谱、STEM能谱等手段,证实所制备的富勒铁复合材料中生成许多不同于Fe-C合金体系常规析出物的多边形晶体,其中有三角形、四边形、五边形、六边形和八边形几种,尺寸为10-1μm量级。对晶体形貌进行成分的初步鉴定和结构分析,表明这些晶体中部分为立方金刚石,其它为未知的新型结构的碳化物。
Adaptable laser heat treatment has been used to make the composite of C60/C70 coating and 45# steel substrate and produce new crystal phases. Through SEM .TIM and EDX methods, it has been proved that in the fullerene/Fe composite there are many multilatend crystals which are different from those in normal Fe - C alloy system. These crystals contain triangle, tetragon, pentagon, hexagon and octagon with size of 0.1μm. Preliminary identification to the crystals morphology and structure analyses indicate that some of these crystals are cubic diamonds and the others are unknown carbides with new structure.
