摘要
本文报导了掺镨四硼酸铝钇[PrxY1-xAl3(BO3)4,简称PYAB]的偏振拉曼光散射。得到了不同几何配制下的A1和E振动模。讨论了由于PYAB特殊的结构,使YO4、BO3等基团的内振动模偏离自由基团的振动频率及AlO6八面体内振动模劈裂的原因。
The polarized Raman scattering of praseodymium doped yttrium alumium tetraborate [ PrxY1 - xAl3 (BO3 )4, abbreviated to PYAB] was reported. Various vibration modes of A1 and E were obtained under different experimental geometries. The reasons that the deviation of internal modes of YO4 from vibration frequencies of free group and the splitting Of vibration modes in the AlO6 octrahedra were discussed.
