新课程背景下中学英语教师课程素养之探析

摘要 本文针对目前中学英语教师在新课程改革过程中的现状及对课程素养的缺乏,就新课程的性质和基本理念、课程教材、课程内容、课程开发的基本模式、课程与教学的目标、课程内容与教法、课程组织和课程与教学评价等方面,有针对性地提出提高中学英语教师课程素养的指导思想和提高途径。 In the light of the present situation of the Middle school English teachers ant their lack of Curriculum accomplishment or the misunderstanding during the course of performing the new curriculum reform, The guiding ideology of improving MSETs curriculum accomplishment and approaches are advanced in accordance with such aspects as the nature of the new curriculum and the basic theory, the teaching material of the curriculum, the contents of the curriculum, the basic model of the curriculum and instruction development, the objectives of curriculum and instruction, the curriculum content and teaching method, the curriculum organization and the evaluation of curriculum and instruction etc.
