摘要
本文系统报道了采用Φ23mm合成腔体在铰链式液压机上进行的合成优质金刚石单晶的实验结果。在对试验结果进行了详细分析的基础上,指出了新工艺的特点和选用该工艺合成金刚石应注意的问题。
In this paper the experiment results of synthesized high quality diamonds are reported by means Of cubic ultrahigh pressure and high temperature device with the Φ23mm Chamber.Distinguishing feature of the technology of synthesising diamonds were analyzed. The experiment results show that the technology is advanced.
