本文在介绍银行业并购事实、原因基础上,指出了我国银行业采取的并购措施已初步成效,但仍存在着一定的问题。最后提出了我国银行业并购的渐进式战略。

Based on introducing the facts and the reasons of the banking M＆I, it points that M＆I strategies carried out by the banks in China have had the elementary effects, However, they are imperfect and the gradual strategies should be taken.
