Research on the Law of Investigative Activities

侦查活动规律是侦查学的研究对象。侦查活动规律是侦查活动本身固有的,反映出侦查活动内在要素之间以及与外界环境之间、侦查行为与反侦查行为之间的最本质的关系。侦查活动规律分为侦查活动一般规律和侦查活动特殊规律。本文在总结当前学者们已有研究成果的基础上,将侦查活动一般规律概括为:主客体相关律、因果关系律、专群结合律及物质交换律。

Law of the investigative activities is the study object of science of investigation. Law of the investigative activities is intrinsic, which represents the basic relationship between the internal factors of investigative activities and the external environment as well as the relationship between investigative activities and anti-investigative activities. Law of investigative activities can be divided into general and special taw of investigative activities. Based on the research results of contemporary scholars, this paper generalizes the general law of investigative activities as taw of subject and object, taw of causation, law of conjunction of special work and social work, law of material exchange.
