摘要 由于武器变更,军方存有大量的废弃含能材料。另在生产中,因弹道、理化性能不合格,而造成大量废火药和废炸药。 以往的处理主要是露天燃烧,近来对其进行了进一步的研究。根据这些研究结果,文章叙述了废弃含能材料的回收和利用方法,包括:报废弹药的处理方法;报废火药的钝感化以及它们的回收与利用。 The military has stocks of waste energetic materials which became waste due to changs of weapon systems. Additional quantities of waste energetic materials, i. e, propellants (explosives) that do not conform to ballistic, chemical or physical specifications,are produced during normal manufacture. In past time we offen use the open-burn method to dispose waste energetic materials. But extensive studies have been conducted in recent years. According to the results of these studies, this paper describes reclamation technologies of waste energetic materials, including methods of disposing obsolete ammunition, desenitization of waste propellants or explosives, and recoveries/reuses the waste energetic materials.
