摘要
简介了管壳式换热器设计中Tinker模型及Bell-Delaware方法,讨论了换热器结构性能优化的方法,建立了数学模型,编制了计算程序。为工厂分别优化设计了无相变气-水换热器和有相变气-水加热器。结果表明,优化后的管壳式换热管,在同样工况下,重量减轻20%~30%,经济效益可观。
In this paper,an introduction of Tinker model and Bell-Delaware method used for shell and tube heat exchanger design is given , an optimization method for the structural function of heat exchanger is discussed. The mathmatical model and relative calculation programs are established, which have been successfully applied to the design of steam-water heat exchanger with and without phase change. The results show that the weight has been reduced by 20% to 30% for the optimized shell and tube heat exchanger under the same workingconditions, economic benefit is great.
