摘要
目前是我国核电发展的腾飞时期,因此对核电建筑安装工程风险的分析具有现实意义。本文在概括核电建筑安装工程风险特点的基础上,采用数理统计方法,对其风险进行分类比较,并对已有的风险经验和风险数据进行分析,解析出核电建筑安装工程的风险事故发生频率和财产风险损失金额二者各自固有的特点和规律。最后根据其特点有针对性地提出了防灾防损的初步方案和措施,以减少企业的财产损失,保证核电站建设、安装和生产经营的连续性。
Nuclear power is really taking off in China today, therefore it is of practical significance for us to analyze nuclear power plant construction and installment risks. Based on a generalization of characteristics of nuclear power plant construction and installment risks, this article uses mathematical methods to make a categorized comparison of different risks, and in combination with an analysis of existing risk experiences and risk data, arrives at the inherent features and rules of the occurrence frequency of covered events and the amount of property damages. Finally, it proposes initial plans and measures to prevent disasters and reduce damages in order to reduce enterprises property loss, guarantee the continuity of construction, installment and operation of nuclear power plants.
