摘要
20世纪90年代以来,现代科技发展日新月异,产品变化速度日益加快,顾客需求日趋多样化、个性化。随着全球经济趋于一体化,市场竞争日趋激烈,现代企业组织结构也呈现出一些明显的变动趋势,具体体现在五个方面:扁平化趋势、柔性化趋势、分立化趋势、网络化趋势和边界模糊化趋势。
Since 1990＇ s, modern technology has advanced enormously, product has changed more quickly than ever, customer＇s demands have manifested diversion and individuality, global economy has become integrative, and market competition has been increasingly intense. So the structure of modern firm takes on five trends, which are flatness, flexibility, division, network and indistinct boundary .
