Status Quo of African Economic Development and its Implications for Sino-African Economic and Trade Relations

当前非洲经济已进入快速发展时期,经济发展前景良好,这为中非经贸合作的深入开展提供了良好的环境与物质基础,继而在推动中国经济的可持续发展方面发挥越来越大的作用。为使中非经贸合作朝着互利共赢的方向发展,中国政府和企业应立足长远,放眼未来,在纺织等行业给非洲国家留出一定的发展空间;在资源开发领域,力争让非洲人民受益;在农业领域,加大合作力度,推广多种经营模式,解决非洲粮食短缺问题。

Africa's economy has entered a fast- developing period,showing every favorable sign for the future,which provides the necessary environment and physical basis for further development of Sino-Mrican economic and trade relations and in some way helps China promote her sustainable economic development. In order to get Sino-Mrican economic and trade relations towards a mutual beneficial and win- win end,the Chinese government and enterprises should have a broad vision and look toward the future.The following should be noted as imperatives:in textile and other industries,African countries should be given enough space for development;in resources exploitation,African people should be given equal benefit;in agriculture,greater efforts should be given to cooperation,promoting varied management models and resolving the food shortage problem of Africa.
