中国房地产业周期波动的谱分析

A Spectrum Analysis of the Cyclic Undulation of the Real Estate in China

文章采用时间序列分析方法中的谱分析对中国房地产业的周期波动进行了测定,得出在中国存在一个4年左右的短周期和一个9年左右的中周期,对房地产业的宏观调控提供了一个参考性的依据。

The author estimates the cyclic undulation of real estate by adopting spectrum analysis in this paper and draws a conclusion that there is short circulation of four years and middle cycle of 9 years. This research of real estate can offer reference to the government＇s macro adjustments and controls.
