The thesis deals with the intrinsic relationship between belief and act, from the dialectical perspective of knowledge and practice, and meanwhile, the Sino - Occidental comparative method is properly employed to confirm such relationship, in a bid to have a further picture of the philosophical interpretation of knowledge and practice.
