句法学视角中的语码转换研究

Structural Dimensions of Code-switching Research

早期的语码转换研究主要是证明语码转换的形态句法是有规则可循的,其语料主要来自特定的双语语境。生成语法学家试图开发出普遍适用的理论模式,从而对双语转换的运算系统、形式原则、乃至双语者创造性使用语言的能力做出详细的解释。近年来,最简方案和优选论成为语码转换研究新的依据。国外丰富的研究成果为国内语码转换句法研究提供了参考。

Early code-switching studies resulted in deserlptlve generalizations which considered code-switching as systematic and role-governed. Generative grammarians tried to spell out the elaborate and abstract eomputational system and the formal principles that enable bilinguals to code-switch creatively, Recently, the minimalist program and the optimality theory have led to new insights into the structural constraints on bilingual language use. The abundant research output abroad would provide valuable reference to codeswitching research in China.
