摘要
运用“学生在校行为量表”和“教师领导行为量表”,对浙江省高校823名大学生进行调查,分析学生心理压力与知觉到的体育教师领导行为的关系。结果表明学生的心理压力与其知觉到的教师权威行为呈正相关,与民主行为呈负相关;提出了更新教师教育理念,对学生施以更多的民主行为,充分发挥学生的主体作用等建议。
In this article, "Questionnaire of Students' Behavior at School" and "Questionnaire of Teacher's Leadership Behavior" were adopted to study the relationships between college students' psychological pressure and P.E. master's leadership behavior. It was shown that there was positive correlation between the students' psychological pressure and the teacher's authority; there was negative correlation between the students' psychological pressure and their democratic behavior. Suggestions were proposed as well.
