Research into political and ideological work for college top sports teams

剖析了高等体育院校高水平运动队思想政治工作的内涵,其内容为:明确“以人为本”的科学观,不断提升思想政治工作水平;坚持“育人为本”的理念,充分体现思想政治工作的作用;创建“育人为优”的环境,不断创新思想政治工作的方法。在此基础上,提出了高等体育院校高水平运动队思想政治工作队伍建设的途径和管理机制。

The contents of the political and ideological work for college top sports teams include：establishing the scientific outlook of ＂taking people first＂ and bettering the level of the political and ideological work; sticking to the idea of ＂educating people as the centre＂ and yielding the functions of the political and ideological work;creating environments for ＂educating elite athletes＂ and renewing the methods of the political and ideological work. In this paper, management systems for the political and ideological staff are put forward.
