How to treat the different voices in the reform rightly

近几年,随着改革的深入,出现了一个复杂的情况:一方面是整个经济增长的状况良好,而另一方面是人们对改革怀疑和批评越来越大。通过对改革过程的回顾,认为社会利益结构的调整、改革负面效应的释放、改革共识的未达成、改革走样的被误解、政府稳定社会能力的缺陷等五大原因导致了改革中不同声音的出现。同时指出:面对改革中的不同声音,我们要采取“改革坚定不移,适当完善改革”的方针来应对。

In recent years, there appears a complicated situation： on one side, the economy growth is rapid and steady; on the other side, the different voices against the reform are getting louder and louder. This paper reviewed the whole course of the reform of China, pointing out that there are five main causes of the different voices ： the adjustment of the social benefit structure, the release of the negative effect of the reform, the suspending of the debates, the misunderstanding of the reform out of form, the limitation of the capacity to stabilize the society. Facing the different voices in the reform, we must be steadfast to the basic direction of the reform and improve the reform in some aspect properly.
