摘要
我国的地方政府绩效评估已经取得了一定的成绩,但在理论上和认识上、制度和体制上、技术上和方法上也存在着诸多亟待解决的问题,本文对此进行了系统的理论分析。
The performance evalution of our local government has obtained certain results,But in the theories,the understanding.the system,the techniques and the methods etc,,there still exist many problems that need to be resolved urgently,This text carries on the theoretic analysis systematically on these problems.
