摘要
通过对基层领导干部依法行政能力的调查和分析,概括了基层领导干部在依法行政方面的现状和特点,分析了基层领导干部在依法行政方面存在的问题,并对如何提高基层领导干部依法行政能力提出了若干对策。
Through the investigation and analysis of capabilities of Leading cadres,at the grassroots the paper summarizes the status and characteristics Leading cadres at the grassroots administrating according to law and problems of leading cadres at the grassroots to administrative according to law,and proposes how to improve the admiristrative capacity of Leading cadres at the grassroots level.
