摘要
公务员薪酬制度是公务员制度的重要组成部分,我国社会、政治和经济的快速发展对现行公务员薪酬制度造成了巨大的冲击,迫切要求进一步深化公务员薪酬制度的改革。本文立足于当前公务员整体薪酬的现实状况,探讨了公务员现行薪酬制度运行和管理中存在的主要问题,并提出了有助于进一步深化公务员薪酬制度改革的政策建议。
Civil servant compensstion syatem is an important part of civil servant system Social,political and economic rapid development make great impact on current civil servant compensation system,which demands urgently further deepening the reform of civil servant compensstion syatem Based on cutrent reallstic oempensstion eondition of civil servant,this paper discusses the main problems during current cotopensation runyting,and put forward some reformable policies to further developing compensation system.
