摘要
科学的考核领导干部政绩是合理选拔、任用干部的重要依据,因此,党和政府一直对干部考核十分重视。但是,由于现行的干部考核体系存在的一些问题,干部考核在实际操作中出现了一定的偏差。为了解决当前干部考核体系中的问题,应该从坚持科学发展观等几个途径来重建考核领导干部的科学体系。
