In recent years,along with the appearance of high buildings and apartment communities,A lot of affairs have taken place among the property management trades,for example ,the casualties of owners,the right and interest difssensions that based on commonality establishments,the dissensions of the property management,and so on.hese will challenge the legislation of the property management.Base on the analysis of the legal character of condominium contract,this article will research on the legal relations of the property management from the angles of the theory and judicature practice for the development of the property management trades.
