乙型肝炎患者心理健康状况及其影响因素分析和护理对策

An analysis of mental health and its related factors among hepatitis B patients and nursing measures

目的探讨乙肝患者的心理健康状况及影响因素,提出相应的护理对策。方法采用自编一般情况调查表与焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对60例乙肝患者进行问卷调查,并与国内常模进行比较。结果乙肝患者的SAS、SDS得分显著高于国内常模(P<0.05),并且受年龄、文化程度、平均月收入、病程、疾病分期、有无并发症的影响。结论乙肝患者的心理健康状况应引起临床护理人员的重视,应采取多种措施缓解他们焦虑抑郁的情绪,促进心理健康,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore mental health and its related factors of hepatitis B patients and propose nursing measures. Methods 60 hepatitis B patients were investigated by questionnaires, including Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）. The scores of the factors were compared with those of the national norm. Results The SAS and SDS scores of 60 hepatitis B patients were significantly higher than those of the national norm （P〈 0.01 ）. The degree of anxiety and depression were related to age, scholar degree, average month income, course of an illness, disease stages and complication. Conclusion Clinical nurses should take many kinds of measures to alleviate the degree of anxiety and depression in hepatitis B patients, promote their mental health and improve their life quality.
