张家港市农村居民艾滋病知识、态度和行为调查

Knowledge,attitudes and behaviors about AIDS among residents in the rural area of Zhangjiagang City

目的了解张家港市农村居民艾滋病知识、态度、行为状况，为进一步开展预防艾滋病健康教育和行为干预提供有效信息和依据。方法用分层随机抽样的方法抽取1298名15～69岁的农村居民进行问卷调查。结果80％以上的农村居民知道通过血液、性接触叮感染艾滋病，78．7％的居民知道艾滋病可由孕妇传染给胎儿，70．6％的居民认为艾滋病在我国是一个严重的卫生问题，但有70．8％的人认为自己不可能感染艾滋病，在知道艾滋病的危险后性行为改善的仅有6．8％。结论不仅要加大力度进行艾滋病预防知识的宣传教育，而且要开展干预工作，减少人群危险行为。

Objective To investigate the awareness of knowledge on AIDS prevention, their related behavior and attitude among residents in the rural area of Zhangjiagang City, then to provide efficacious information and basis for health education and behavior intervention of AIDS prevention. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 1298 residents .sampled by randomly stratified sampling. The age of the residents ranged from 15 to 69 years old. Results More than 80 percent of the rural residents knew that person could be infected with AIDS by blood and sexual contact, 78.7 percent knew pregnant women could infect their babies, 70.6 percent took AIDS as a serious health problem in our country. However, 70.8 percent of the residents thought it wasn＇ t possible that they could be infected with AIDS, and only 6.8 percent changed their sexual behavior after realizing the danger of AIDS. Conclusion We need not only to strengthen the propaganda and education about AIDS＇ prevention, but also carry on intervention to decrease the dangerous behavior of people.
