摘要
格物致知是理学中一个道德形上学命题,但在明清之际逐渐发生了知识论、方法论意义转换。不过这种转换是在合法化的意识形态语境中实现的。意义转换一方面彰显了传统格物致知的知识论意义;另一方面也削弱和消解了内在的传统道德形上学意义,标志着理学道德形上学解构的开始。
"Studying things to acquire knowledge" was an important proposition of morality metaphysics in neo-Confucianism. The conversion of the meaning of "studying things to acquire knowledge" after the end of the Ming Dynasty seemed to be the development of neo-Confucianism adapted to the situa- tion, but it was the omen of the deconstruction of neo-Confucianism in fact. On the one hand, the evolvement of the theory on the meaning of the science and technology shows a traditional epistemologi- cal meaning. On the other hand, it weakens and clears up the traditional meaning in morality metaphysics.
