对高校学生档案管理,尤其是新生入学和毕业生离校两个重要环节的档案管理作了阐述,并就如何充分利用学生档案信息资源为毕业生和用人单位服务提出了建议。

A general analysis is made on the archive management of college students＇ files, especially in the two important periods at university： entrance and graduation; and based on this, suggestions for both graduates and employers are put forward about how to utilize college students＇ files as information resources.
