摘要
节水灌溉项目在投资主体、效益的体现、受益主体等方面与一般工程项目有很大不同,因此提出了在评级对象的确定、投资核算、效益、成本费用识别和计算,评价所需数据的补充等方面的基本原则,并进行了分析。
The project of water-saving irrigation is considerably different from general engineering project in the investor, reflection of benefit and profit part, etc. Therefore, the basic principles is put forward with and analyzed in those aspects such as, determination of grade subjects, investment calculation, profit, cost identification ＆ calculation, implements of figures needed in evaluation, etc.
