摘要
苏霍姆林斯基是前苏联著名教育家,他在三十多年的教学和管理中,建立和完善了和谐教育理论。和谐教育是社会化、民主化和个性化的统一。优化校内外育人环境、营造和谐的师生关系、改革教学过程是培养学生全面和谐发展的三大主要途径。苏氏和谐教育对我国当前的素质教育和教育改革有着重要的现实意义。
A famous educator in the former Sovier Union, Suhomlinski had advanced some distinctive thoughts on harmony education. In his opinion, creating educational environment at school should be paid attention to. Teachers are the key resource of educational cause and the competence and training of teachers decide the whole quality of education to certain extent. Likewise, the study of the harmony education is of significant value for the contemporary educational research and the educational reforms.
