摘要
近年来,研究生教育不断扩招加大了各高校的负担,引起了研究生教育收费讨论。那么在我国国民收入比较低和助学贷款制度发展不完善的条件下,研究生教育采取传统的单一定价,统一的收费制度,是否有利于教育资源的公平效率分配,就此问题进行了探讨。
During the recent years , the postgraduate education was rapid - developing. And a large number of people want to know the expense problem of postgraduate education. Is the unitive pricing and charging system of postgraduate education good for the social welfare of China？ In this paper, we will discuss these questions in detail.
