韩非名利治国思想新探

New Probing into Ideas of Han Fei's about Administering a Country by Fame and profits

韩非认为,好利恶害、追名逐利是人的本性,因此统治者一方面应以美名为手段,引导臣民为国家效力卖命;另一方面还要以厚利为诱饵,实现富国强兵的大利,以此达到治国的目的。韩非的名利治国思想虽然具有时代的局限性,但对现代治国理论也有着重要的借鉴价值。

Han Fei thought that the nature of Human was to seek fame and gains , in order to administering a country, on the one hand, rulers should make use of good fame so as to let subjects die for country ;on the other hand, use profits as bait to make country wealthy. Though Han Fei＇ s idea on administering a country with fame and gains has definite limitation, it may acts as a reference for administering a country in modern.
