摘要
为了提高服务质量,实施“5S”人性化护理服务。结合神经内科特点,把与病人的有效沟通放在首位,拉近护患距离,在服务流程中处处体现人文关怀,营造人性化环境,提供超期望的服务。实施后提高了护士整体素质,护理质量持续提高,达到经济效益与社会效益双赢。
The "5s" humanistic care was applied and implemented in neurotic medical department in order to promote the nursing service. Combined with the neurotic medical character,put the patients into the key position,gave them an effective communication and set up a good relationship,so that the patients can perceived the humanistic care and should be happiness and wellness. After the application of the humanistic care, the nurses' ability and the nursing quality were sustained developed. It's also double win of both social and economic benefit.
