“及时贴”在护理质量管理中的应用

The application of “promptly paste” in nursing quality control

目的杜绝差错隐患,及时纠正护理疏漏,提高临床护理质量。方法应用“及时贴”参与临床护理质量细节管理。结果护理缺陷明显降低,临床护理质量和病人满意度提高,护理人员工作积极性、团结协作性增强。结论“及时贴”应用于护士长临床护理质量细节管理,可规范护理质量管理,提高临床护理质量。

Objective To avoid the hidden mistake,correct nursing oversight in time,and enhance clinical nursing quality. Method ＂ Promptly paste＂ was applied into the detail management of clinical nursing. Results Nursing mistakes reduced obviously,the quality of clinical nursing and the satisfaction of the patients advanced,the nurses showed enthusiasm and a good cooperation, Conclusion ＂Promptly paste＂ participates the quality detail management in head nurse, may standardize nursing quality control,enhance clinical nursing quality of administration.
