摘要
为增加护患沟通渠道,科室建立了“护患沟通栏”,缓解了人力资源不足,巩固了健康教育效果,减少了护患纠纷的发生。同时,提高了护士的专业水平及患者的满意度。
In order to enforce the relationship of patients and nurses,we set up the "patients and nurses' communicating board" ,which relieved the shortage of nursing human resource ,enhanced the effect of health education ,decreased nursing dispute ,and improved nurses' professional level and patients' satisfaction.
