摘要
针对新余发电有限责任公司11号乙皮带机驱动装置持续多年振动问题,摸索并实施了多种处理方法,最后,通过改变高速齿轮轴与液力偶合器锥面配合为圆柱面配合,振动问题基本解决。
Considering the problem of No.11 belt drive vibriting in Xinyu power plant for many years,Many ways have been explored and used.At last, the vibrating problem is solved through changing the matching of high-speed gear axial and hydraulic coupler from tapered surface to cylindrical surface.
