摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、现场观察等方法,对参加十运会女子体操决赛的运动员成绩进行分析,其结果显示:我国女子体操的发展态势较好,涌现出一批全能兼单项型选手;平衡木和高低杠继续保持较高水平;传统弱项跳马和自由体操取得一定进步;今后应加强动作的稳定性和心理调控方面的训练,以期在2008年奥运会上取得优异成绩。
By using the methods of documentary,questionnaire and ohservation on spot,this paper analyzes the athltcd which competed in the women＇s artistic gymnastics.The results showed that the whole developing trend is good,there is large gap on free exercise and women＇ s vault,the Chinese women＇ s team should make efforts to train their stability in aspects of both actions and psychology so as to gain better achievements in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
