摘要
超临界流体萃取(SFE)具有安全、无毒、不污染环境等特点,可以选择性提取天然香精油、色素、不饱和脂肪酸油脂、黄酮类化合物等不同功效成分,且功效成分破坏少、纯度高,能保持原有食品风味,所以SFE已成为一种新型天然产物提取分离技术,并得到迅速发展.综述了超临界流体萃取技术的原理、特点、实验技术及其在果实功效成分提取方面的应用与最新研究成果,展望了SFE在果实综合利用方面的应用前景.
Food industry is always looking for the best separation technology to obtain natural compounds of high purity, healthy and high quality products. Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) is a new extraction process that can extract selectively specific components, such as polyunsaturated fatty acid functional components, essential oils, falconoid, pigment, etc. and obtain pure and healthy natural products. The SFE technological principle, characteristic, experiment methods and its application on the extraction of fruit functional components are overviewed in this paper.
