流量计外壳收缩内抽芯注射模具结构设计

Structure design of contractile interior core-pulling injection mould for outer casing of flow-meter

为成型流量计外壳内侧凹进部分,设计了收缩内抽芯模具结构。该结构利用两组不同的滑块完成了收缩内抽芯,解决了生产中的难题。

The contractile interior core pulling mould structure was designed for the molding of the concave part of inner side of outer casing of flow meter. This structure solved the difficult problems in production by the use of two sets of different slider to accomplish the contractile interior core pulling.
