摘要
抽水蓄能电站是现代电网中重要的调峰填谷电源,是保证电网安全经济运行的重要设施,一般由电网投资建设。它能否用作河流梯级电站的“龙头”进行流域径流调节呢?这是水电建设中遇到的一个新问题。国内外的抽水蓄能电站运行实践表明由于抽水到发电转换过程中的能量损失,其效率一般为75%左右。如果作为梯级电站的“龙头”,其投资效益又该如何呢?四川瓦斯河木格措抽水蓄能电站工程的实践回答了这些问题。
Pumped storage power station plays very important role during peak and valley load time in modern power grid and ensures safe and economic operation of the power grid . It is generally invested by power grid. Can it serve as key project in the cascade hydropower stations to regulate runoff in the river basin ? This is a new problem in hydropower construction. Practical operation of pumped storage power stations in China and abroad shows that due to energy loss from water pump to power generation , the efficiency is about 75%. If it serves as key project in the cascade , how to estimate its investment benefit? These problems are settled in the construction of Mugecuo pumped storage power station on Wasi River in Sichuan province.
