摘要 在近代原子核物理发展的进程中,由于光电行业不断推陈出新,使得传统的光电器件———光电倍增管面临激烈竞争。但是由于光电倍增管具有灵敏度高、噪声低、增益高、时间特性良好的特点,使其在核物理领域依然占有一席之地,并在诸多方面得到了重要的应用。本文介绍了光电倍增管分类、结构和工作原理,并阐述了核放射性测井中光电倍增管的各项性能指标及其应用。 In the process of development of recent nuclear physics, because of the photo electricity industry get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh continuously, cause the photo electricity parts——the photo multiplier tube(PMT) is faced with hotly competition. But the photo multiplier have some important characteristics, such as high sensitivity, low noise, high gain, fine timeliness, etc. These characteristics help the PMT hold the part of photo electricity market, and let it be wide-spread use in the other ways. This paper will simply introduce the sorts of PMT and structure and the principals, expatiates the characteristics of the PMT and the application in nuclear logging in detail.
