摘要
通过溶液共混法制备出环氧树脂(EP)/纳米介孔分子筛MCM-41(with template)(以下简称MCM-41)复合材料。研究了不同的MCM-41粒子含量对其在EP中的分散性和EP/MCM-41复合材料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,这种具有独特的有机-无机复合结构的MCM-41直接用作填料时,能与EP形成新型网络复合结构,当MCM-41粒子的用量为1.5~2.5份时,它能均匀地分散在EP基体中,有效地提高EP/MCM-41复合材料的拉伸性能。
Epoxy resin/nano-sized mesoporous molecular sieve MCM -41 nanocomposite was prepared by solution blending. The effects of MCM -41 particulate content on the disperse properties and mechanical properties were investigated. The results showed that MCM -41 with special organic-inorganic structure could be used as filler and form novel nanonetwork composite with the matrix. MCM - 41 could disperse homogeneously in epoxy resin matrix when the content was 1.5 ~ 2.5 phr , as a result the tensile properties were improved efficiently.
