摘要 介绍结构反应注射成型(SR IM)技术的材料体系和工艺特点,对SR IM技术的国内外最新研究情况进行了概述,讨论了SR IM技术的发展———可变纤维注入(VFI)技术,并比较了典型VFI制品与传统SR IM制品的性能。结果表明,对于低密度制品,两者相当;但对于高密度制品,VFI技术则显示出更好的性能。 The material systems and characteristics of structural reaction injection molding (SRIM) are discussed. The latest research of SRIM is presented. The progress of SRIM——variable fiber injection(VFI) technique is discussed, and the properties of typical VFI products are compared with those of traditional SRIM products. The results show that the properties of low density products which are manufactured by VFI and SRIM are equivalent, but high density products which are manufactured by VFI can display excellent properties.
