摘要
H.264是由ITU-T和ISO/IEC的联合开发组共同开发的最新国际视频编码标准。论文首先介绍了该标准采用的先进技术,并结合其卫星传输信道的特点,对该标准在卫星视频业务方面的应用作了分析。
This paper introduces the main advanced technology used in H.264 Standard which has been developed and standardized collaboratively by both the ITU-T VCEG and ISO/IEC MPEG organizations. Then the developmental prospect of the application of H.264 standard in satellite video is pointed out according to the characters of satellite communication system.
