摘要
建立了在非水条件下快速测定食品中糖精钠的方法,以冰乙酸为溶剂,用高氯酸的冰乙酸标准溶液滴定,经过反复试验,相对标准误差0.92%￣2.93%,加标回收率97.13%￣100.3%,结果表明;该法定量分析准确,精确度高,可靠性和重现性好。
A method for rapid determination of sodium saccharin in foods was established. In this method, titration with standard solution of perchloric acid in glacial acetic acid was used. Experiment results showed that RSD was 0.92%-2.93% and addition recovery rate was 97.13%- 100.3%. It was verified that the determination method was accurate, precise, reliable, reproducible and simple.
